Our auctions are free and open to the public.
Whether you are a patron or a participant, a live auction is an entertaining and oftentimes an exhilarating event with the greatest number of buyers gathered in one place. The experience of an on-line auction or a visit to an antique store pale in comparison to a live auction. If you are interested in receiving notifications of upcoming auctions, fill out the form below. Photos of upcoming auction items may viewed at our AuctionZip page.
You must be registered to participate in the bidding. You will be given a permanent registration number printed on a bidder’s card which can be used at all future auctions. Some people prefer to make verbal recognition. Auction ringers look for raised cards during the bidding process. If you would like to pre-register to participate in the auctions, fill out the form below. You will be asked for a copy of your driver’s license if you use a check for method of payment.

Some sellers may set a reserve price on the items they submitted for auction. If, during the bidding process, the reserve is not met the auctioneer will pass on the item and move on to the next. Otherwise, the highest bidder takes all. The auctioneer hammers his gavel and the bidding is closed.
You may see a small group of different items on display with the same lot number. They may not be bought separately. When you bid on that lot number you are bidding a price that includes the all of the items in that lot. Sometimes there are large groups of like or similar items with the same lot number. You will hear the auctioneer announce it is “Bidder’s Choice” for that lot. It means that you will bid a unit price for however many items you want from that lot.
Auction shilling is prohibited. The auction staff is trained to recognize the fraudulent practice of dummy bids to drive up the prices.
Dealers must produce a copy of their tax exempt certificate.
Pick-ups of bulk purchases are not to exceed three (3) days from date of auction.
It is important for buyers to remember that there is a 10% premium charge in addition to the final bid price. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards and checks (with proof of identity).
Remember all, “Where is, As is” does apply. All purchases are final.
